Michele Elyzabeth, owner of
Parapluie,Inc., is an entrepreneur who first established herself as a
journalist in France where she was born and educated. Upon her arrival
in the US, she realized that she had a lot of work ahead of her and learning
the language properly was one. She eventually became a publicist at the
renowned firm of Rogers & Cowan in the early
70’s. After several years spent at R&C perfecting her craft, she later
on launched her own PR firm in 1978. As a publicist, she attended many
conventions ranging from Entertainment to Medical to Fashion … She would
regularly book all the travel arrangements for her clients. She also helped
coordinate seminars for radio conventions, etc…. She negotiated the booking
of hotel rooms, as well as, arranging space for various functions. |

Otis Stokes and Michele
Elyzabeth met in 1984 while Michele was the publicist
of Otis’ Group Lakeside. Having spent most of his life as a songwriter,
singer and producer, Otis decided to pair up with Michele Elyzabeth to
develop various business ventures. They created a record Company and
a Day Spa, while Otis promoted classic Artists’ concerts in the U.S.
He also developed his own syndicated Radio program for these classic
artists. Today, he also heads up the entertainment division of IPP producing
and booking the entertainment for various events for the conventions. |
Kisha Singh, a native of Queens, NY, migrated to Los Angeles
in the late 80's after having spent time in Orlando, Florida. Kisha received
her first job offer from Black Radio Exclusive, the first Black- owned
Radio Industry Magazine that influenced black radio for decades. Kisha
oversaw the daily operations of the magazine, which included everything
from word counting and payroll, to communicating with radio stations and
the promotion departments of record companies. She also assisted with the
annual BRE Music Convention, which was always held in different cities
throughout the United States. |

Pamela Price was raised on the East
Coast in Scarborough, ME. Captivated at an early age by the Theatre,
she ventured to New York City to pursue the performing arts. There she
attended Marymount Manhattan College where she graduated with a B.A.
in Theatre Performance and a minor in Art History. |
